I’m reminded that to achieve big goals, the way is to just start. I haven’t found time prior to today to return to lifting weights. I’ve had fantasies about how good it makes me feel from recent memory and so, instead of putting on leggings and a sports bra, schlepping off to the gym at 5 am, I stood in my living room. Barefoot, in my Jammie’s and lifted 10 lb weights. Two sets. Upper body. Mostly my upper back because tech neck is taking hold as I do all my work. And core work. Ten minutes. Felt great. Then stretched. I returned to the start.
