Raising my own vibration was part of my healing journey that started six years ago when I started studying yoga- mindful movement, meditation, energy work, mindset shifts including visualizations and affirmations. But honestly, the foundation began with more traditional talk therapy that I studied and then practiced personally and professionally. It includes learning better communication skills, unlearning certain patterns such as people pleasing and codependency patters of taking care of people who won’t take care of themselves and therefore are unable to reciprocate to you. Breathwork is key, body awareness is an essential entry point and the ability to move energy (emotion is energy in motion) will get you unstuck. There is no perfect place to start, it just depends on what needs to change first.
What does it feel like once your vibration is raised?
My body started to feel lighter or stronger. More intentional exercise lead to quicker results. I You found less cravings for sugar, alcohol, certain foods. My anxiety dissipated as I reclaimed my own energy. I needed less sleep. Once I learned how to transmute energy, I was able to remain heart centered, not getting stuck in lower chakras survival mode or too much in the logical mind thoughts. Sustaining my new reality includes being incredible protective or my energy to avoid syphoning and leaks.
